As you might already know, I made a short indie poetry film, LOOK UP, about living with MS fatigue and fighting it through urban forest bathing (shinrin-yoku).
Heads up! It’s showing at its 2nd film festival in Bremerton WA (West Sound Film Festival) on August 2, probably the only Seattle-area location where you’ll be able to see it.
