Locus-listed, four-time Pushcart nominee Tamara Kaye Sellman is co-author (with Clay Vermulm) of the collection, Rain Shadows (2025; BTRS Books), and is one of four co-hosts for the Beneath The Rain Shadow podcast. She is author of Cul de Sac Stories (2024; Aqueduct Press) and Intention Tremor (2021; MoonPath Press). Her most recent book, Trust Fall: A Not-Very-Magical Fairy Tale About the F Word, will be ready for pre-order in August for its September 2026 release with Gnashing Teeth Publishing.

Tamara also has forthcoming work in 2026 (a magical realist time-travel story, “Exit the Usherette,” in The Big Book of Quantum Fiction) and in 2027 (a transgressive body horror story, “Christmas Eve, Present” in Shattered, Winter 2027).

Tamara is active with Dread Writers Society and the Seattle horror scene. She most recently edited the Camp Crypticon III anthology with Clay Vermulm via BTRS Books and will soon be at work on both CCIV and volume II of Rain Shadows in 2027.

When not writing, Tamara’s a guerilla gardener, local hiker and shroom photog, indie filmmaker, Good Trouble-maker, and MS warrior.
