APR 2: My latest Substack drops!
And a heads up…
I’ll be writing less personal stuff here on the blog—more prescheduled, shorter stuff to keep the info flowing while cutting back on keyboarding time because it’s GROWING SEASON, people!
If you want the behind-the-scenes scoop on my various and sundry publishing, podcasting, and filmmaking efforts—and updates on all that groovy gardening, cooking, and PNW news I know some of y’all like—I highly recommend you subscribe free to my monthly Substack!
(Psst! It always comes with an original recipe featuring something from my kitchen garden! Subscribers also get access to special book pre-order rates and other sales)
APR 17-19: Norwescon, Seatac WA || hours TBD
As usual, I’ll be at Norwescon this year in some capacity (though I’ll be skipping Sunday). This go-around, I’m commuting in but will be there Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as a representative for Cascade Writers. Find me at the table and I can share a special pre-order price for Rain Shadows: Dark Tales from Washington State, coming June 2025 from BTRS Books!
APR 23: Fermented Fiction debates “The Substance” || livestreamed/recorded
And now for something completely different… I’ve thrown myself into the gauntlet and will participate in a friendly debate about the speculative film, “The Substance” as a guest on the Fermented Fiction podcast (Spotify), which features my Beneath the Rain Shadow podcast partner, Clay Vermulm, and his merry band of beer-drinking book and film critics.
