The Association of Writers & Writing Programs (AWP) writers’ conference is coming to my neck of the woods this year and I am ready for some mask-to-mask* interaction with my writing peeps!
I always find myself busy at these events with panels and readings. Below, please find the events where you’ll be able to locate me during the conference. Some will require registration to the AWP (indicated by $) while others are free (indicated by ☺). Ping me in email if you want to meet up while in Seattle!

*Yes, I’ll be masked because I just lived through two weeks of COVID-19 and wouldn’t wish that on anybody. Please mask at indoor events if you are able to, and if you haven’t gotten all your vaccines, please consider doing so. I am certain my spell with the ‘vid would have been much worse had I not already had my shots through the latest bivalent and benefited from courses of both paxlovid and molnupiravir. Please remember your high-risk, immunocompromised neighbors have bigger worries and they need us to help keep them safe.
