My first major bookstore reading for Cul de Sac Stories happens in mid-October and I really really really hope all my local yokel friends will come out and help me celebrate!
It won’t be a standard reading format but a hosted event. I’m the headliner, for sure, but I’m bringing along my podcast co-host, the horror author Clay Vermulm (Crevasse, Bad Spirits, Blue Rare). This should be a lot of fun as the interview will be steered by the inimitable and ultra-charming local author Evan J. Peterson (who also just launched yet another a new book, Better Living Through Alchemy!).
The event starts at 1:00pm, so please factor in time for parking etc in advance as there will be somewhat limited seating. As soon as you walk in, you’ll see the display of my books (and Clay’s and Evan’s!) and you’ll be directed to a cozy reading area.
I’m looking forward to some fun and games with audience interaction and aspire for it to be just the entree you need to bring you full-swing into the spooky season.
