I became a member at large for the board at Cascade Writers a year ago and we are now into the fourth event since I joined (prior, I worked with the team on the Horror Writers workshop last October, the Norwescon table last March, and the Poetry Month event last April).
Now it’s time to say Let’s go with their biggest event of the year, the annual Cascade Writers Workshop, which starts officially next Friday, July 12!
This is our biggest event, spanning three days, as participants workshop their stories or chapters, learn from publishing and writing professionals* at panels and open classes, and enjoy building community with their writing cohorts.

You can still attend without participating in the critiques!
While the workshop portion of the event is now closed for registration, you can still opt to sit in on the classes, panels and other community events in person (such as an open mic and karaoke!).

It’s a good chance to sample the vibe and focus of our workshop, in the event you weren’t sure about signing up for critique (or didn’t have work or headspace for that right now).
