I’m retiring my weekly #SleepyTuesday meme as I make some major changes in my social media usage, presence, strategy, and work schedule. It’s been fun doing this, something I’ve looked forward to every Tuesday. But all good things must come to an end!

It’s fitting that I close with SleepyHeadCentral.com’s beloved mascot, REM-y. I mean, let’s face it, the dogs know so much more about sleep than we do! And they make it a priority. We can learn from them!
